從厭氧沼氣池中出來的沼氣中含有少量的水氣、粉塵雜質(zhì)、硫化氫等無害氣體。沼氣經(jīng)過初步脫水除塵后然后進入脫硫塔，應(yīng)用合理的反響條件可經(jīng)濟地將沼氣中的硫化氫脫至200ppm以下，脫硫后的沼氣進入沼氣增壓風機停止增壓保送，增壓后的沼氣進入緩沖零碎停止緩沖，一方面停止沼氣除雜處置，另一方面波動送氣壓力，以保證后續(xù)發(fā)電機組的波動運轉(zhuǎn)，緩沖穩(wěn)壓后的沼氣進入終端用氣設(shè)備。
